Cancellation, Rescheduling and Fee Policies

- If you do not have your permit yet, we cannot schedule you until you have your permit. - Pre-paid lesson packages are typically scheduled over several months so that the student has time to practice between lessons. We recommend at least approximately 10-15 hours of practice between the first and second lesson. We usually schedule the third lesson closer to the student's test date and recommend scheduling in advance. - Pre-paid lesson packages are valid for as long as the original CA learner's permit is valid. Any payments for unused lessons are forfeited after the original CA permit expires. - We are busiest over the summer months and may not be able to accommodate all schedule requests but are happy to wait list you. - If you need to cancel or reschedule any lessons, we do require 48-hour notice to avoid the $60 charge. - Student must carry at all times original valid permit during lesson. - There will be an $80 rescheduling fee for missing permit at the time of lesson and $30 to replace lost certificates. - Replacements for lost certificates or to correct mis-entered student information are subject to a $30 fee.

Refund Policy

If you have enrolled in our 6 or 10 hours behind the wheel program and after the first lesson you are not satisfied, there will be a $200 charge for the first lesson and we will gladly refund you the remaining hours. If you have taken more than 4 hours from the 6 or 10-hours program, we will not offer a refund.
